Lette raises $1.4m pre-seed led by Pitchdrive
Lugus Capital, Baseline Community + Workspace and individual investors back the Dublin company’s property operations software.
Lette announced its $1.4 million pre-seed round on October 21, 2025. Pitchdrive led the financing, with Lugus Capital, Baseline Community + Workspace, Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan participating.
Founders Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek had worked on restaurant operations software at Nory before applying a similar approach to residential property management. At the announcement, Lette said it was managing more than 5,000 properties across the UK and Ireland. Its software connected routine tenant communications and administrative work with the tools property teams already used.
