Rently secures $12m growth credit facility from January Capital
The Singapore rental payments platform will use the facility to finance more transactions and expand its reach.
Rently has secured a $12 million growth credit facility from January Capital to expand its rental payments business across Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE, and into additional markets.
Financing more flexible rent payments
The facility provides capital for rental transactions, customer acquisition and geographic expansion. Rently lets tenants choose more flexible payment schedules while arranging structured payouts to landlords.
In the UAE, its Rent Now Pay Later service addresses the gap between monthly salaries and rent collected upfront in a small number of cheques. The company works with agencies, property managers and co-living operators to reach tenants.
Credit capital alongside product investment
Rently reported more than $50 million in annualised rental volume across its three markets and over AED100 million in UAE rental contracts handled. These figures describe transaction activity rather than the size of the financing.
The company is separately preparing a $10 million to $15 million Series A equity raise for product development and expansion from 2027.
