Its AI agents handle enquiries, viewings and leasing, then support residents through maintenance requests, communications and payment follow-up. Teams can use the resident app, email, WhatsApp, SMS and voice channels.
Lette connects to existing property management systems, including Yardi and MRI, and sends updates back into them. Founded by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, the company began working with residential operators in Ireland and now serves customers in the UK and Ireland, including JLL.
