Ferovinum secures $550 million securitisation programme for drinks finance

Pollen Street Capital and an investment bank back the funding platform’s international expansion.

Funding capacity backed by drinks assets

Ferovinum announced a $550 million asset-backed securitisation programme on June 30, 2025, alongside Pollen Street Capital and an unnamed investment bank. The programme expands financing capacity for the drinks trade.

The facility supports expansion from the UK into the US and European Union, with Australia also planned. A cross-border trust structure gives the financing access to inventory and financial receivables as the business enters new markets.

Working capital and supply-chain services

The company combines funding for wine and spirits businesses with inventory, trading and logistics tools. It helps producers, distributors and brand owners finance stock while managing storage and distribution.

Ferovinum subsequently rebranded as Fero in November 2025.
