Ferovinum raises £17.5 million Series A led by Notion Capital

Shapers and Semapa Next join the round as the drinks-industry platform prepares international expansion.

Equity for new markets and products

Ferovinum announced completion of a £17.5 million Series A on September 19, 2024. Notion Capital led the oversubscribed round, with participation from Shapers, Semapa Next and existing shareholders. Notion general partner Jos White joins the board.

The funding supports entry into new markets and expansion of the company’s funding and supply-chain products. At the announcement, Ferovinum planned launches in the US and Europe later in 2024.

A platform for funding and moving drinks

The company provides wine and spirits businesses with inventory funding and tools for production, procurement, trading and supply-chain management. It aims to reduce the capital and operating burden of holding stock and selling across markets.

Ferovinum subsequently adopted the Fero brand in November 2025.
