Paar Autonomy raises INR 35 million pre-seed round led by Venture Catalysts
The robotics company will fund its first manufacturing line, pilot deliveries and engineering expansion.
Paar Autonomy has raised INR 35 million, or INR 3.5 crore, in a pre-seed round led by Venture Catalysts. The financing was announced in September 2025.
From development to manufacturing
The company plans to commission its first manufacturing line and deliver pilot units to defence and public-sector customers. It will also expand its engineering and business development teams.
Paar Autonomy builds stabilised, multi-sensor camera payloads and AI software for unmanned systems. The technology is intended to help air, ground and maritime vehicles observe their surroundings and support decisions alongside operators.
Hardware and licensable AI
Founded in 2024 by robotics engineer Vignesh Jayaraman, the company is exploring partnerships with defence organisations, public-sector businesses and international equipment manufacturers.
Its model includes complete gimballed payloads and AI software that can be licensed for existing vehicle fleets. Civilian applications include industrial inspection, infrastructure monitoring and disaster response.
