CoComply raises £1.9m for external workforce compliance
NPIF II–Mercia Equity Finance and Haatch backed product development and commercial expansion.
CoComply announced £1.9 million in financing on 19 October 2026 to develop its external-workforce compliance platform and expand in the UK and internationally. The round was led by NPIF II–Mercia Equity Finance and Haatch, with participation from Richard Law, Seb Timpson, Stephen Cann, management and other investors.
The platform helps organisations identify contractors and other workers hidden within supplier contracts, then determine the engagement model and compliance checks required. It combines automation with specialist classification expertise.
The Alderley Park business will invest in product development and expand its sales, marketing and delivery capabilities. Founder Michael Cleavely developed the business after analysing contractor populations for enterprise clients.
