Cent raises $15m in equity and debt for early-detection services
Blume Ventures and South Park Commons back the preventive healthcare company’s expansion.
Cent raised $15 million in a financing led by Blume Ventures and existing investor South Park Commons, announced on October 27. The package combines equity and debt; the company did not disclose the split or its valuation.
The deal follows Cent’s seed financing announced in March, when it was preparing dedicated screening centres in major Indian cities. The company combines imaging, laboratory tests and clinical review for consumers seeking assessments before symptoms appear.
