CASBOT raises Series A++ funding for embodied AI and production
The humanoid-robot developer plans to put most of the new capital into embodied AI research.
Zhongke Huiling, the company behind CASBOT robots, has completed a Series A++ financing round. The October 26 report described several hundred million renminbi in funding from Zhilai Investment, Yonghua Investment, Maotian Investment, Oriza Chenkun, Guoke Kezhi and Luning Investment, without specifying an exact amount.
The company plans to allocate 60% of the proceeds to embodied AI research, 30% to production and delivery, and 10% to sales and after-sales service. The investment supports its effort to make humanoid robots perform physical tasks reliably outside controlled demonstrations.
Founded in Beijing in 2023, Zhongke Huiling develops bipedal and wheeled robots, dexterous hands and perception-and-control software. Its industrial applications include mining and footwear manufacturing, where changing materials and working conditions create challenges for fixed automation.
