Xona closes $170m Series C for navigation constellation deployment
Mohari Ventures Natural Capital led the oversubscribed round as Xona expanded satellite manufacturing in Burlingame.
Xona announced a $170 million Series C on March 26, 2026, led by Mohari Ventures Natural Capital. Craft Ventures, ICONIQ, Woven Capital, NGP Capital, Samsung Next and Hexagon joined, alongside other new and existing investors.
The financing supports constellation deployment and manufacturing at Xona’s new Burlingame factory. At the announcement, the company said more than a dozen commercial receiver partners were tracking Pulsar signals, with field testing across infrastructure, construction, agriculture and connected devices.
Xona expected early customers in timing-sensitive sectors to benefit from coverage as soon as 2027. It was also expanding operations in Montreal and London, while partnerships with Furuno and Topcon extended its commercial reach.
