Vitalls secures $1.5 million seed commitment from EST Growmore
The Abu Dhabi digital health passport company signed an investment agreement to develop its product and expand distribution partnerships.
Vitalls announced a $1.5 million seed investment commitment from Singapore-based EST Growmore on 21 October 2026. The agreement makes EST Growmore the round’s anchor investor and includes an option for a further $1 million.
The commitment will support the development and rollout of Vitalls’ digital health passport. The platform helps people organise medical records and share them with providers when they change doctors or move between healthcare systems.
Vitalls and EST Growmore also plan to explore distribution and product partnerships through the investor’s wider network. Founder Mehdi Bouchenak signed the agreement with EST Group chairman Sindhu Bhaskar during the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit.
