Yizhu Technology raises more than RMB1bn for compute-in-memory AI chips
The Chinese chip developer will use the financing for research, product development and commercialisation.
Yizhu Technology, also known as Eystek, has completed a financing of more than RMB1 billion, 36Kr reported on 23 October 2026. The funding will support research and development, product iteration and commercialisation.
The company develops AI chips that combine memory and computation to reduce data movement. Its architecture targets large AI workloads, with development including 3D DRAM processing-in-memory technology.
A subsequent announcement said its commercial chip had completed tape-out and testing broadly met the intended design targets. The financing announcement did not name the investors or specify a funding stage.
