Seeds Fincap raises ₹50 crore pre-Series B led by Z47 and Lok Capital
Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital join the lender’s investor base.
The August 2025 financing follows the company’s July 2024 Series A. Existing backers Z47 and Lok Capital led the investment as Seeds prepared for a subsequent Series B.
At the announcement, Seeds reported 120 branches across eight states, more than ₹500 crore in assets under management and over ₹1,000 crore in cumulative loan disbursements. Z47 highlighted its combination of cash-flow assessment, local operations and portfolio monitoring as the basis for serving smaller businesses.
