R3 Lithium raises $15m Series A to improve production
Integral GlobalTech Partners, TDK Ventures and Axial Partners backed the financing.
R3 plans to enhance its lithium-carbonate production line and operations as it commercializes recycled battery materials.
The company acquired its Covington facility in July 2026, following a 2025 demonstration of commercial-scale production from fully recycled material. It reports signed offtake agreements for battery-grade and technical-grade lithium carbonate.
The round supports an existing production asset and downstream commitments rather than a new mining project.
