Omilia announces $67m Series B as recurring revenue passes $60m

Expedition Growth Capital leads renewed backing for the enterprise voice AI company.

Growth across enterprise customer service

Omilia announced the financing after growing annualised recurring revenue more than tenfold since its Series A. The company said it had not raised further equity between those rounds. Completion of the new transaction remained subject to customary conditions at announcement.

The raise follows an expanded July agreement with Taco Bell, where Omilia’s voice ordering technology operated at more than 1,000 US drive-thrus. It also introduced Lexis, a text-to-speech model built into its contact-centre platform.
