Odyssey Energy Solutions secures $74m in equity and debt
A mixed financing package backs platform expansion for renewable-energy projects in emerging markets.
Broadscale Group, FMO and Al Mada Ventures are named among the backers, alongside venture investors and development-finance institutions.
Odyssey plans to expand its platform and procurement capabilities. It already operates across more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, connecting distributed-energy developers, equipment suppliers and financiers.
The new financing adds to earlier capital; the $94m cumulative figure is separate from the $74m package.
