NewLimit closes $435m Series C led by Founders Fund
The epigenetic reprogramming company plans to bring its first liver-focused medicine into human trials in 2027.
NewLimit announced its $435 million Series C on June 2, 2026. Founders Fund led the round, with Thrive Capital, Greenoaks and Quiet Capital joining as new investors alongside returning backers.
The company said its first human trial was planned for 2027, an accelerated schedule linked to its work on reprogramming aging liver cells. Its research combines artificial intelligence and genomics experiments to discover therapeutic payloads.
NewLimit intends to extend the approach across metabolic, vascular and immune health programs, building a portfolio of medicines intended to restore cellular function.
