NavVis raises $85m Series D to expand industrial spatial data
The Jordan Company leads the round as NavVis adds an AI layer to its digital models of factories, infrastructure and construction sites.
A larger base of industrial site data
NavVis says more than a billion square metres were scanned, processed and distributed through its platform during 2025. Its tools serve over 150,000 users in engineering, maintenance and construction, giving teams a common record of physical sites.
The company’s capture devices feed NavVis IVION, where teams can inspect existing conditions, coordinate work and compare a site with its design. Customers use the data for tasks ranging from automotive production planning to refinery maintenance shutdowns.
The financing includes existing shareholders Yttrium, Kozo Keikaku Engineering and Cipio Partners, alongside an unnamed consortium of industrial family offices investing with Yttrium.
