NavVis
Germany · Industrial tech · AI
NavVis combines mobile 3D scanning with cloud software so teams can inspect, plan and coordinate work using a shared digital view of physical sites.
From a site scan to a shared working view
NavVis capture devices collect the geometry and imagery of buildings, factories and infrastructure. Its IVION platform brings that information into a browser, where engineering, construction and maintenance teams can explore existing conditions and collaborate remotely.
Users can overlay design models, compare them with scan data, check installations and flag issues. This connects site measurements with planning and verification work instead of leaving the information in specialist files or outdated drawings.
Keeping facilities usable as data
The platform manages point clouds and panoramic images, supports asset tagging and connects to other design and construction tools. Its customers use these digital site records for tasks such as factory planning, construction checks and maintenance preparation.
NavVis is based in Munich. The company serves industrial operators and construction organisations internationally, with customers including automotive manufacturers and process-industry businesses.
