Millow raises €2 million to expand foodservice supply
Magnus Emilson leads the round as Jan Enhager joins as investor and strategic adviser.
The funding will expand production capacity and build the commercial team serving Nordic foodservice customers. Emilson, an existing investor, increases his stake while Enhager brings experience from co-founding Vitamin Well.
Millow is in discussions with regional operators and distributors. The company also reports that the opposition period for its core European process patent ended without a challenge, supporting its manufacturing plans.
