ICEYE announces €1bn financing for radar-satellite infrastructure

ICEYE announced €1 billion in financing on August 5. Participants included Scaleup Europe Fund, General Atlantic, Solidium, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen, Lifeline Ventures, Nokia, Qatar Investment Authority and TCV.

The announcement follows a €450 million Series F recorded in June. ICEYE uses synthetic-aperture radar satellites to capture images through cloud cover.
