Medtronic invests $700M in Cornerstone Robotics partnership
Medtronic made a $700 million strategic investment in Cornerstone Robotics alongside a commercialization and distribution partnership.
The agreement supports the Sentire surgical system in approved markets outside the United States.
The September deal follows completed multispecialty clinical trials and approvals in China, the European Union and Singapore, giving the company an international distribution route through Medtronic.
