Capacity raises over $54M Series E
Capacity raised more than $54 million in Series E financing led by Kathy Ireland, bringing cumulative funding above $159 million.
The company plans research and development, larger go-to-market and customer-success teams, more strategic partnerships and international expansion.
At the September announcement, Capacity reported more than 20,000 organizations using its support automation platform. The Series E follows earlier strategic backing announced in March.
