Beeline Medicines adds $126.3m in Series A extension

The new funding takes the Series A to $426.3 million and backs later-stage lupus development and additional clinical programs.

Beeline Medicines announced a $126.3 million Series A extension on June 30, 2026, bringing the round’s total to $426.3 million. Existing shareholders participating included Bain Capital, CPP Investments and Bristol Myers Squibb, alongside certain members of management.

The proceeds support preparations for pivotal development of afimetoran in lupus and the initiation of additional clinical studies across the company’s immunology pipeline. The company described the extension as additional operating flexibility ahead of its expected Phase 2 readout.

Beeline began with five programs licensed from Bristol Myers Squibb. The extension adds new capital to the $300 million Series A announced when the business was formed in 2025.
