Atira raised $15 million in seed financing led by Accel, separately from an earlier $2.5 million pre-seed round disclosed at the same time.

Fortino, Booom, UVC Partners, Ann-Kristin Achleitner, Marc Bitzer, Markus Flik and Bastian Nominacher joined the seed financing.

The company plans to grow its go-to-market team, develop its product and expand internationally. Its software helps industrial manufacturers prepare complex technical and commercial bids.
