Alitheon raises $8m Series A1 for global supply-chain deployment
Emerald Technology Ventures leads the financing, with eBay Ventures and existing investors supporting the optical-identification company.
New capital and a commerce partner
Alitheon announced the close on June 2, 2026. The capital will accelerate global deployment of FeaturePrint, its camera-based system for authenticating individual physical goods.
Lead investor Emerald framed the technology around industrial traceability. eBay Ventures highlighted provenance and trust in high-value recommerce, adding a marketplace perspective to the syndicate. The company reported more than 55 issued patents at the time of the financing.
