Identifying an individual item

Its FeaturePrint technology converts a photograph’s microscopic surface details into a digital fingerprint. A later image can be compared with the enrolled identity to verify the item at another point in its lifecycle.

The workflow supports product authentication, inventory tracking and provenance across manufacturing, distribution and returns. It uses standard phone or industrial cameras to identify the object itself, rather than depending on an attached marker.
