Adjuvia raises $8m seed to take ATI-105 toward clinical trials
JLO Ventures led the financing, supporting a planned regulatory filing, an initial healthy-volunteer study and later Friedreich’s ataxia development.
Funding the transition into human studies
Adjuvia Therapeutics closed an $8 million seed financing led by JLO Ventures, with participation from Portfolia Ventures and biopharmaceutical industry investors.
The company said the proceeds would support an Investigational New Drug application for ATI-105, followed by a planned Phase 1 healthy-volunteer trial in fall 2026. A Phase 1/2 study in Friedreich’s ataxia was planned for early 2027. These were development milestones announced with the financing, not completed clinical results. The round also brought drug-development and commercialization experience as Adjuvia prepared to evaluate the candidate in humans.
