A1R water expands PIPE commitments to approximately $83.5m
The March announcement increases financing commitments ahead of the planned combination with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III.
Commitments ahead of the business combination
A1R water and Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III increased their previously announced PIPE commitments to approximately $83.5m on March 19. More than $35m had been funded or was expected to be funded before completion of their proposed business combination.
The amount describes commitments at that announcement date. A later August closing announcement reported a $96m PIPE; it should not be substituted for the March figure.
