A1R water designs and manufactures systems that turn humidity in the air into drinking water. Its business combines generation equipment with water-production facilities, bottling, packaging and distribution of finished beverages.
Its commercial partners include Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Inter Miami CF and the Miami HEAT. The company announced completion of its business combination with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III in August 2026, with Nasdaq trading scheduled to begin under WATR.
