3Sonic receives €1.3m in additional BII funding
A follow-on commitment brings the institute’s cumulative support for the medtech to €1.8m.
Follow-on support within a six-company cohort
3Sonic is one of six companies receiving equal €1.3 million commitments in BioInnovation Institute’s September 8 announcement. Each had previously received €500,000; the €7.8 million headline covers the whole cohort.
Alongside capital, the companies retain access to BII’s Copenhagen facilities, investor network and commercialization expertise. For 3Sonic, the next phase advances a surgical-imaging prototype toward market readiness.
