A textile-recycling process that separates materials from blended fabrics so recovered fibers can be made into new textiles.

Recovering fibers from blended textiles

Ravel's Purification Recycling process is designed to separate useful materials from blended-fiber clothing and textile waste, which conventional recycling often cannot return to textile production. The process targets high recovery with less waste so the recovered material can serve as feedstock for new fibers and fabrics.

Scaling from pilot toward commercial use

The company works with textile and recycling partners to move the process from pilot operations toward commercial readiness. Its approach is aimed at a large stream of blended fabrics, including polyester blends, that otherwise often go to landfill or downcycling.
