NUNOS adapts nutrient-recovery technology developed for closed space habitats to agricultural feedstocks. Its systems process cattle manure and biogas digestate into fertilizer that can be stored and applied more precisely, helping farms make better use of nutrients already present in their waste streams.
Moving from pilots toward market entry
The company installed its first pilot at a biogas plant near Cologne in 2025. It is preparing additional farm pilots and crop trials before targeting first equipment sales, so the product remains in a pilot and pre-commercial stage.
