Keeping targeted radiopharmaceuticals in circulation
MTTI's EvaThera platform adds an Evans Blue derivative to tumor-targeting molecules. Its affinity for albumin is intended to extend circulation time and change how the radiopharmaceutical reaches tumor tissue.
Its investigational EBTATE combines an octreotate targeting peptide, an Evans Blue component and a chelator carrying lutetium-177. The company is also developing EBRGD for integrin-expressing cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer. MTTI is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
