Donor-derived cell therapies for blood cancers
Allotera Therapeutics develops donor-derived CAR-T cell therapies for blood cancers. Its lead program, Sofi-cel, is being evaluated for relapsed or refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.
The company is advancing Sofi-cel through the global pivotal T-RRex study. The treatment remains investigational; the pipeline also identifies additional blood-cancer and autoimmune programs.
