Abcuro develops investigational immunotherapies for autoimmune diseases in which cytotoxic T cells damage healthy tissue. Its lead antibody, ulviprubart, targets cells expressing KLRG1. The company is developing the treatment for inclusion body myositis, a progressive muscle disease that affects strength, grip and mobility.
