Walden International led the round, backing sales, engineering and improvements to the Viabot One service.
Viabot raised $24 million in Series A funding led by Walden International. CDIB Capital Group, Stalwart Ventures, Baseline Ventures, Era Ventures, SOSV and Morado Ventures participated.
The company plans to grow sales and engineering teams, accelerate new product development and improve its robotics-as-a-service model and Viabot One.
Its robots run mapped sweeping routes at commercial properties, empty debris and return to a charging dock. The managed service includes remote monitoring, maintenance and replacement parts, connecting fleet growth with ongoing customer support.
