UrgentIQ raises $15m Series A to expand AI clinical workflows

The platform supports independent urgent-care clinics and multi-site groups.

UrgentIQ raised $15 million in Series A funding led by Five Elms Capital. Proceeds will accelerate its product roadmap, expand AI-powered clinical workflows and scale the team.

The company serves independent urgent-care operators and multi-site groups in the United States. Its software connects patient access, clinical documentation and reimbursement so clinics can manage a visit from intake through payment.

The financing backs development of that integrated system, including AI-assisted chart review and coding alongside scheduling, insurance verification and revenue-cycle workflows.
