URALAA discloses ¥40m Blue Lab investment alongside Mizuho partnership

The immersive entertainment company adds capital and commercial support for its shared live-viewing platform.

URALAA disclosed a ¥40 million investment from Blue Lab Fund on 19 October 2026 alongside a business alliance with Mizuho Bank. The company said it accepted the additional investment in August.

Expanding immersive live entertainment

URALAA uses cloud delivery, multi-screen video and sound to bring sports and entertainment events into shared viewing spaces. It aims to distribute immersive experiences through existing venues, including theatres, cinemas and arenas.

Blue Lab Fund is managed by Blue Lab, a wholly owned Mizuho Bank subsidiary. The wider bank partnership gives URALAA access to commercial expertise and networks as it develops its entertainment offering.

A follow-on to June financing

The ¥40 million investment follows a ¥210 million financing in June. URALAA described the combined pre-Series A amount as ¥250 million.

The business was founded in Hokkaido in 2019 and changed its name from Forest Digital to URALAA on 1 September 2026.
