The fashion platform’s reported post-money valuation is approximately ₹64 crore following the financing.
Seed capital for the newly founded platform
UniqYou’s ₹15.8 crore Seed financing was reported on September 14. Arkam Ventures and Antler co-led, with Ankit Garg, Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry and Nandita Sinha also participating. Regulatory filings described an issue of 37,487 compulsorily convertible preference shares at ₹4,215 each.
The financing values the company at approximately ₹64 crore post-money. Founded in 2026, UniqYou will use the capital for working capital and general corporate purposes as it develops its technology-led fashion business.
