Ultra Robotics raises $50M to expand warehouse deployments
Warehouse robots that pack orders, sort items and assemble kits at existing workstations.
Customers pay an integration fee and ongoing charges for the robot and its support, rather than purchasing a complete automation system upfront. The approach lets warehouse operators add capacity at individual workstations.
Ultra pairs its hardware and deployment operation with models from Physical Intelligence. Work performed at customer sites supplies practical feedback for improving the system, while human intervention helps complete tasks when the model encounters a problem.
