Transient.AI adds Nasdaq Ventures to its Series A
Nasdaq Ventures made a strategic investment in the existing Series A led by NEXT Investors; the amount was not disclosed.

Transient.AI builds an AI-native operating system for capital markets, designed to connect legacy systems across trading, research, sales and operations. Its platform provides a compliant intelligence layer for institutional workflows and serves hedge funds, banks, asset managers and fund managers.
The company says the investment will support expansion across financial centers including London, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong. The September announcement adds Nasdaq Ventures to the Series A first dated May 18; it does not disclose a new investment amount.
