Thunder Compute raises $13m Series A for enterprise GPU virtualisation
Thunder Compute virtualizes GPUs so multiple workloads can share capacity and data centers can use existing hardware more efficiently.
Thunder Compute raised $13 million in Series A funding led by Matrix Partners, with CEAS Investments and Y Combinator participating.
The company is expanding from a self-serve cloud used by more than 10,000 people to work with enterprises on their own GPU fleets. Its virtualisation software lets workloads share network-accessible GPU capacity while keeping existing developer workflows.
