Thrive Holdings raises more than $2bn to expand AI-led service businesses

The financing values the company at $12bn and supports accounting, IT services and a new infrastructure-services platform.

Applying AI inside operating companies

Thrive Holdings owns and operates more than 70 businesses. Its engineers work with practitioners inside those companies to develop AI products around daily tasks, bringing software development directly into service delivery.

The new capital will expand existing accounting and IT platforms and establish a business focused on the technical and regulatory work behind infrastructure projects. That spans approvals, construction, certification and long-term operation. D1 Capital Partners, Altimeter Capital and SoftBank Group are among the named outside investors.
