Terra Industries adds $18m to close seed round at $52m
Norleo Space Investments and Grant Gordon join five returning backers of the Nigerian defense company.
The new capital follows earlier seed financing and brings the total round to $52 million. Returning investors include 8VC, Silent Ventures, Nova Global, Belief Capital and SV Angel.
Terra pairs its autonomous hardware with ArtemisOS for infrastructure security. Its manufacturing base remains in Africa while its London presence brings the company closer to international institutions and specialist talent.
