Tenka raises $2m pre-seed to build an asset-backed finance marketplace
The planned platform will connect loan origination, investor placement and secondary trading around standardised facility data.
Maven 11 led the $2 million round, with Gami Capital and angel investors participating. The capital will fund development of infrastructure linking asset-backed loan origination, investor placement and secondary trading.
Tenka plans to combine structured book-building with collateral reporting, valuation and settlement so investors can assess and transfer exposures. The platform is targeting a Q4 2026 launch; its planned secondary market would let investors seek buyers before the underlying loans mature.
