Tablet Command receives Rise Funds investment for team and technology growth

The undisclosed investment backs incident-response software serving nearly 80,000 users across more than 1,600 public-safety agencies.

Tablet Command received an undisclosed investment from The Rise Funds, TPG's global impact-investing strategy. The company plans to invest in its team, technology and customer expansion.

Tablet Command says it serves nearly 80,000 users across more than 1,600 public-safety agencies in the United States and Canada, including CAL FIRE.

The software gives incident commanders shared operational maps, unit locations, assignments and crew-accountability records. The funding supports development and wider delivery of that emergency-response workflow.
