syte raises €9m Series A to expand AI property analysis across Europe
The German platform combines parcel, property and planning data to help developers and financial firms assess a site before investing.
amberra led the €9 million round, joined by NRW.BANK and returning investors Schwarz Group companies, High-Tech Gründerfonds, vent.io and Vantage Value.
syte says its platform covers more than 62 million land parcels in Germany and serves over 200 customers. It brings property data and planning rules together with AI analysis so developers, banks and brokers can assess building potential and project economics. The investment will fund European expansion and further automation of early project planning.
