Sparkle raises $6m to strengthen franchise support and national expansion

Sparkle Grooming Co. received $6 million in funding led by Companion Fund, which is managed by Digitalis Ventures in partnership with Mars Petcare.
The company plans to strengthen the support platform for franchise partners, accelerate national expansion and scale its operating system. The financing targets the infrastructure used to open and support local salons.
Sparkle's quick-service model combines recurring grooming memberships with standardised technology, staffing and operating procedures. Franchise partners use that framework to provide routine bathing, brushing and nail care.
