Space Labs receives $50m primary investment for 4.9% stake
The deal includes a vehicle-distribution collaboration through Windsor’s automotive and industrial network.
Windsor Capital completed a $50 million investment in Space Labs for a 4.9% minority stake. The release describes the entire amount as primary capital, funding the company rather than a secondary sale by existing shareholders.
Proceeds support international expansion, technology infrastructure and real-world applications. The companies are also developing a vehicle-distribution channel through Windsor's international automotive and industrial network.
Space Labs develops protocols, smart-contract systems and digital economic models. It says it developed RWD Protocol and SpaceM and transferred them to separate owners and operators; the financing backs the developer's business.
